Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference. As a Launch Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for preparing launches of new products and driving on-time execution of new product launches (Generics, OTC and Rx products).

Aufgaben

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Acting as local project lead of launches on local level and country contact for all launch initiatives, market analytics and portfolio assessment on current and future potential products and line extensions
• Supporting strategic decisions and identification of future indications
• Enabling, leveraging and maximizing Viatris achievements in selecting the right compounds together with marketing, sales, supply chain, medical, regulatory and quality teams
• Steering of cross-functional teams on regional and local level
• Working closely with regional Launch Managers, Europe GX Launch Excellence team and all local teams
• Monitoring and tracking progress of launches

Anforderungen

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Master’s Degree in the field of Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, or Economics
• 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with a strong understanding of Austrian healthcare policy, pricing and reimbursement system, Health Technology Assessment and making pricing decisions
• Strategic, analytical, and operational mindset with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluent in German and English (written and oral)
